The ‘Sovereign of the Seas’ has journeyed to Care & Share and needs your help to get into tip-top shape! This remarkable model ship comes from the same local (South-eastern PA) craftsman whose handmade Victorian dollhouses captured the attention of so many bidders earlier this fall in our Care & Share auction app! His steady hands, patient artistry, and deep love for detail has brought us his next masterpiece — the Sovereign of the Seas. But, the ship needs its finishing touches before it will be sea-worthy.

Measuring approximately 36” long and 11” tall, this vessel is already a breathtaking work of art. The wooden hull is meticulously detailed, accented with gold trim and royal blue panels. Every deck and railing has been carefully shaped and placed.

Though not yet complete, it holds the potential to become a true showpiece — perhaps the perfect project for a passionate model builder or someone who appreciates the beauty of legacy craftsmanship. Included with the model, the winning bidder will receive the original professional blueprints, bags of supplies, and materials for the next craftsman to continue the ‘Sovereign of the Seas’s’ journey.
