Welcome Back Suzanne Kratz

We are pleased to announce that Suzanne Kratz has agreed to return to Care & Share in the role of Volunteer Manager.

As we anticipate moving to a new facility, it is important to Care & Share’s leadership that we have a familiar person in the role of Volunteer Manager.  We are excited to share that Suzanne will be resuming the Volunteer Manager responsibilities.  She began back on July 21, 2025, and we anticipate her employment with Care & Share to continue into the first quarter of 2026.

Suzanne will assume responsibility for volunteer matters, including onsite recruitment, orientations, check-ins, and support that our team members may need in their service here at Care & Share.  

Suzanne is excited to reconnect with volunteers she knew during her prior tenure, as well as getting to know volunteers that have joined us over the past several years.  Suzanne will report to Donald Rosenberger during this time with us.

Suzanne will make frequent rounds through the organization during the week, but if you miss seeing her in these times, you may also catch up with her in the Welcome Center.
